Updated Booking Process for Duffy Board Room

Good Morning, 

I just wanted to give a quick update about this transition. I have made the changes in the Admin portal to update the “Duffy Room” to “Board Room”, this update may take up to 24 hours to update on all employees address books. In hindsight I should have done this change maybe Friday night instead of last night, I wasn’t aware of how long it may take to update across the board. No pun intended. Please let me know if “Duffy Room” is still populating as a location when booking meetings tomorrow. There is a way to manually force refresh each employee’s address book, but if you don’t want to be bothered doing that immediately, things should take into effect by tomorrow. 

Though, please let me know if you continue to see Duffy Room as a location tomorrow when booking out meetings for that resource room.

Good morning,

We are transitioning the booking process for the Duffy Board room, as we continue to have double bookings with our current process. 

Beginning on Monday, the process to reserve the Board Room will be selecting the Board Room (new name) as the location when scheduling a reservation.  You will no longer need to include the board room as an attendee.  Simply, select the location.

Additionally, the [email protected] email address is going away.  If you need to send materials to the board room, please use the address [email protected] moving forward. 

All current reservations for the room should remain intact. However, we strongly recommend you double-check this next week and let Michael Clark know if this is not the case.
